Started the business in 1978 with his wife Roxy and a commitment to quality, service, and reliability. Mike has 45+ years of experience in the water well industry and has spent time as a member on the MN Advisory Council on Wells and Borings, as a delegate at the NGWA convention, and as the President of the MN Water Well Association.

Randy Wiechman

Service Manager & Well Repair Expert

As a 20+ year employee, Randy has done nearly every job available and is now responsible for coaching our apprentices and managing our service department. Randy has extensive knowledge in pump repair and system design for high capacity commercial wells, irrigation pumps, and variable frequency drive systems. Randy encourages customers to take advantage of our Hassle-Free Maintenance Program to keep their systems in top operating condition.
